You set the rate per subcontractor — 20% for registered, 30% for unregistered, or 0% for gross-payment status — and Traddie applies the deduction, excludes materials per HMRC rules, shows the net payment, and generates CIS statements for your records and HMRC submissions. You can export all of your data — customers, quotes, jobs, and invoices — at any time, including before you cancel. If you do cancel, we keep your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate your account, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems in line with our privacy policy and GDPR obligations.
